Roman is a wife and mother of two children. She resides with her family in Rye, New Hampshire, and they enjoy spending their free time on the New Hampshire coast and White Mountains.

Roman is an attorney at the Drummond Woodsum law firm and specializes in the areas of municipal law, environmental and natural resources, and land use and conservation. Dedicated to improving her community, Roman has served as a Selectman, a Planning Board member, and a Recreation Commissioner. She has also been recognized as a State, Local & Municipal Rising Star several years in a row by New England Super Lawyers.
